Headquartered in Cologne, PANDION AG has been developing, constructing and selling premium housing projects since 2002. This owner-managed company is responsible for property development in the city, as well as in Bonn, Düsseldorf, Munich and Berlin. Overall, PANDION is currently planning and constructing some 2,100 premium properties across Germany; sales stand at around 980 million euros.
