The “CG Gruppe AG” is a real estate project developer with more than 20 years' experience and five offices nationwide (Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden, Frankfurt a. M., Cologne) and more than 240 employees. Since January 2016, the CG group AG has access to the capital market.
In the rental apartment segment for institutional investors, such as insurance companies, pension funds, listed companies and other investors, the “CG Gruppe AG” is one of the market leaders in Germany.

In its core business of rental apartment construction, the “CG Gruppe AG” now achieves a turnover of more than euro 350 million transaction volume per year. The projects, mainly focusing on residual properties, are handed over to institutional investors as turnkey properties that are already let. A large number of our investors are nationally or internationally operating investment companies.

The “CG Gruppe AG” draws its strength from its full mastering of the complete value added chain of the real estate. The company can demonstrate twenty successful years in its core business, which is built on three pillars: Development, construction and management of the properties.

Whether rehabilitation in line with building heritage conservation standards or the conversion of commercial properties into modern living space, the range of the CG Gruppe AG is diverse and varied. Projects with a construction volume of more than euro 400 million are currently in progress. Further projects in Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden, Cologne, Düsseldorf and Frankfurt a. M./ Offenbach are in preparation and led to the starting line.

New Project for future Living:
Changing the use of vacant high-rise buildings and commercial properties offers an opportunity for innovative use. Therefore the Vertical Village concept for future living will be implemented under the "VauVau" label in six locations, important in urban planning terms and located in prominent central areas.
